Yes. Lee Land Management carries general liability insurance and holds an active USDOT license (DOT #4546560), registered with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration as a private carrier. That means we're fully licensed to haul our own materials and equipment to and from your job site. You can verify our carrier status anytime at safer.fmcsa.dot.gov. Proof of insurance is available on request.

Yes. A lot of our work ties into larger projects, a GC waiting on a pad, a builder needing site prep done before they arrive, or a landowner coordinating clearing before a hunting season. Yes. Debris hauling and site cleanup are part of the work, not an add-on. When we leave, the site is in the condition we agreed on, graded out, material removed, and ready for whatever comes next. If there's a specific finish condition you need, tell us at the estimate and we'll build it in.

It depends entirely on the scope. A driveway regrade might be a half day. A pond build or a large land clearing job could be several days. We give you a realistic timeline with the estimate so you know what to expect before we start.
